How Our Grass Tower Works
Our advanced grass tower is designed to efficiently and effectively produce grass, resulting in higher and better-quality milk production. Here is an overview of the entire process, from start to finish:
Step 2: Seed Germination
The first step in the growth process is the germination of the seeds. This takes place in a specially designed drum, where the seeds can germinate under ideal conditions.
Step 3: Seeds in the Trays
Once the seeds have germinated, they are transferred to specially designed plastic trays. These trays are designed to maximally support the growth of the grass.
Step 4: Optimal Growing Conditions
In this phase, we add the right amount of water, light, and CO2. Our system ensures that the grass gets exactly what it needs to grow quickly and healthily without any problems.
Stap 5: Automatische Oogst
When the grass is ready, it is harvested fully automatically. This saves time and labor and ensures that the grass is harvested at the perfect moment for maximum nutritional value.
Step 6: Mixing Feed
The harvested fresh grass is mixed with the current livestock feed. This way, the cow receives the ideal mix of nutrients.
Step 7: Feeding the Cows
The mix of livestock feed is then fed to the cows. The cow can enjoy this delicious mix with higher nutritional value than before.
Step 8: Increased Milk Production
Thanks to the optimal nutrition, the cows' milk production increases daily. This means not only more milk but also higher-quality milk.
