Our advanced grass tower is designed to efficiently and effectively produce grass, resulting in increased milk production. Here is an overview of the entire process, from start to finish:
Step 1: Identifying Needs
We begin by determining the current and future needs. We not only consider what is needed now but also think in phases and anticipate future developments and challenges.
Step 2: Designing in 3D
With a clear understanding of the needs, we start designing the tower and associated systems. Our designs are detailed in 3D, so you know exactly what the final result will be.
Step 3: Planning and Construction Start
After the design, we create a precise project plan in consultation with you. We determine the ideal time to start construction to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Step 4: Project Management
During the construction phase, we take on the role of project manager. We coordinate all activities and ensure that each step is executed with precision. Weekly construction updates are provided.
Step 5: Support During Start-Up
Once the project is completed, we are ready to assist with the start-up of the cultivation. We check the entire installation to ensure it functions as it should.
Step 6: Monitoring with Growsum & Vision Camera System
Our involvement doesn't end after the start-up. Using the advanced Growsum platform, we continuously monitor the climate. This platform controls all parameters for optimal growth. Additionally, our Vision camera system assesses the quality of all outgoing trays.
Step 7: Continuous Support and Optimization
By collecting and analyzing all data with the help of artificial intelligence, we provide ongoing support and improvements for the cultivation process. With our AI technology, you can always rely on the most efficient and effective cultivation methods.
